How it all began

Our story

It started in a converted barn in Landsmeer. Mark and Bart-Jaap had the ambition to bridge the gap between education and the IT job market. All great things start small, and so did we. In 2017, we began developing and offering IT traineeships to prepare young talent for the real world.

Since the start of Working Talent, we have continuously worked on improving our services and anticipating the ever-changing market demands. Always with our core values as a foundation. After a successful launch of our IT traineeships, we quickly received requests from various clients to provide customized solutions. This allows trainees to follow a training program that is 100% tailored to the client they will be starting with. We look for opportunities, think in solutions, and strive together for the optimal result!

From day one, we have been a rapidly growing company. It will come as no surprise that we no longer fit in our barn. Currently, we have a cozy office on the outskirts of Amsterdam, a branch in Groningen, and we have grown into an organization with more than 250 enthusiastic colleagues.
