Junior AI Specialist / Tech Trainee

What you’ll do

• Contribute technically to assessing, developing, and implementing AI solutions.
• Set up and run AI pilots under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Advise on AI architecture, tooling and technical choices (MLOps, data pipelines).
• Support quality assurance, privacy and security of AI solutions.
• Share knowledge through workshops, documentation and handovers.
• Bridge between tech and stakeholders and explain complex ideas clearly.

Your profile

• Basic knowledge of Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch/scikitlearn) preferred; eagerness to learn is more important than full expertise.
• Interest in MLOps, model deployment and production-ready solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs and containerization is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, team player and practical mindset.
